Il Pilates ha dimostrato di essere efficace nell'aiutare le persone a risolvere dolori comuni, come lombalgia, cervicalgia e dolori alle spalle. Gli esercizi possono essere adattati per prevenire l'esacerbazione di eventuali condizioni sottostanti utilizzando una variet\u00e0 di posture: in piedi, seduti e sdraiati. In qualit\u00e0 di fisioterapisti, il nostro team ha le conoscenze e l'esperienza necessarie per garantire la tua sicurezza. In particolare il movimento e il rinforzo che ne scaturiscono sembrerebbero risultare fondamentali nella risoluzione e prevenzione di molteplici problemi di salute e infortuni.    Qualora tu sia alla prima esperienza con il Pilates o soffra di disagi, sei invitato a informare il team  che  si occuper\u00e0 di organizzare una sessione individuale e personalizzata.  Un nostro fisioterapista effettuer\u00e0 la valutazione del movimento, identificher\u00e0 eventuali priorit\u00e0 di potenziamento e ti insegner\u00e0 le tecniche base, cos\u00ec da lavorare in totale sicurezza. Pu\u00f2 essere visto da alcuni come una lezione di ginnastica dolce adatta solo alla vecchia generazione, ma non \u00e8 cos\u00ec. Anche se amiamo che le donne anziane si rafforzino con noi, scoprirai che prendere parte a regolari lezioni di Pilates ti aiuter\u00e0 a migliorare la coordinazione, l'equilibrio, la forza, la resistenza e la forma fisica generale, pur avendo i vantaggi aggiuntivi di promuovere la forza ossea, la flessibilit\u00e0 e il miglioramento della postura. Abbiamo a disposizione corsi adatti ai bambini, ragazzi, atleti come scalatori, podisti, sciatori ma anche a chi non mette mai piede in palestra. Potresti essere sorpreso dalla sfida che il Pilates pu\u00f2 darti, specialmente quando usi i nostri Reformer e piccole attrezzature per rendere gli esercizi pi\u00f9 difficili.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Un po' di storia sul metodo Pilates...<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il Pilates, precedentemente noto come \u201ccontrology\u201d \u00e8 stato sviluppato da un preparatore fisico tedesco che aveva sofferto da bambino varie malattie e ha dedicato la sua vita a perfezionare un sistema di esercizi per migliorare la forma fisica. Credeva che uno stile di vita scorretto, una cattiva postura e una cattiva respirazione causassero malattie, dolore e disabilit\u00e0. Ha studiato ginnastica, body building e arti marziali, oltre a ricercare metodi antichi usati dai Greci e dai Romani. Il suo \u00e8 un sistema di esercizi che mirano a rafforzare i muscoli posturali e respiratori utilizzando posture e movimenti del corpo o di appositi apparati, progettati per migliorare la forza fisica, la flessibilit\u00e0 e la postura e aumentare la consapevolezza mentale. Le immagini sottostanti lo mostrano sul \"Reformer\" (o \"Riformatore\"), una macchina che ha sviluppato per facilitare o potenziare gli esercizi che ha ideato nel suo metodo. Attraverso la sua dedizione \u00e8 stato in grado di migliorare la propria forma fisica e attraverso l'insegnamento di questo metodo, la salute e il benessere di molte persone.
