Juliet Raine
Physiotherapist and Ergonomics Consultant
Juliet qualified from Northumbria University in 2005 as a physiotherapist. She worked for three years for the rehabilitation services of Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. During this time she gained invaluable experience treating a huge variety of conditions from paediatrics to plastic surgery, long term respiratory conditions to acute neurological complaints, her experience provides a solid backbone to her knowledge base and current practice. She also worked on the rugby pitch for four seasons.
In 2008 Juliet made the move into private practice. It was here that Juliet discovered a passion and flare for ergonomics and the delivery of training packages. Since 2008 she has become a specialist in the field of musculoskeletal injury prevention in the workplace and holds a Masters level degree in Ergonomics and Health from the University of Derby.
Juliet is now the Education Lead and one of the official trainers of the Association of Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and Ergonomics. She is responsible for training physiotherapists and other professionals how to conduct DSE, Manual Handling and Safety Assessments and Ergonomics.
Chiara Melis
Physiotherapist
Chiara qualified as a physiotherapist at the University of Sassari in 2018, and started working in a rehabilitation center for neurological conditions. Since then, she has developed her work and expanded her skills to offer domiciliary physiotherapy services, having contact with a large variety of cases, including not only neurological, but also orthopedic and respiratory cases.
In 2023, she completed a Masters in Manual Therapy and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy with the University of Federico II of Napoli, at their base in Milan. She has also completed a specialisation in lymph drainage massage and functional taping for lymphatic system disorders. Chiara is always open to new knowledge and techniques and focusing on her professional development.
Chiara joined the Reform team in 2023 and is responsible for leading services related to neurological conditions, lymphatic conditions and running a variety of rehabilitation services.
