When there is a requirement for a course of treatment, it is possible to purchase a package of treatments. Payment for the package will be taken prior to the first session. Packages must be used within one year of the purchase date. Packages can be used for physiotherapy, individual rehabilitation or individual Pilates lessons.

Group Pilates lessons
Lessons are organised in six-week blocks to allow the group to progress together. Each lesson lasts 50 minutes. Payment is made in advance of the start of the course to secure a place in the group. When availability allows, it is possible to recuperate a lesson that cannot be attended with a different group as long as notice is given prior to the lesson. A free screening must be completed prior to starting the lessons. These are organised every 4-6 weeks. It is a requirement to complete at least one course of group Matwork lessons or a few private lessons prior to commencing with the group Reformer lessons. This is for the safety of each individual in the lesson.

Private Pilates Lessons
It is possible to arrange private Pilates matwork or reformer lessons. The cost of the lesson varies based on the number of people in the group. For a private lesson for one person it is possible to purchase a Physiotherapy Treatment Package (see prices above). Packages cannot be used for private lessons with two or more people.
